Our manufacturing unit is located in Bhiwadi Industrial Area, Rajasthan, developed by RIICO and strategically positioned just 60 km from New Delhi Airport on National Highway No. 48.

We have an installed capacity of 3,00,000+ rolls per annum , and the unit is equipped with modern digital electronics and in-house testing labs for raw materials and finished goods.

Metallization Techniques

Advanced metallization.

Our metallization capabilities cover aluminium, HRI / Zinc Sulfide, chrome, copper and paper applications.

a. Aluminium Metallization

Most common and economical metallization technique.
Purity of Aluminium used is 99.98%
Mainly applied for holograms used in indoor applications.

b. HRI / Zinc Metallization

HRI metallized holograms give a transparent look.
Mainly used for high security holograms for anti-counterfeiting applications.
HRI metallized holograms are used for stamping and lamination on ID cards.

c. Chrome Metallization

Chrome metallization is highly sophisticated and arduous metallization technique.
Chrome deposition is the most stable among the different physical vapor deposition techniques. Hence, it is used to develop holograms for High Security Registered Vehicle Plate.

d. Paper Metallization

We can provide direct and transfer metallized paper.
Any customized design or pattern can be provided for label and eco-friendly pouch packaging industries.
